Parent Information Night - Resiliency and Self-Confidence in Students

Upper School - Library - LIB
Our last presenter will speak to parents on Wednesday, April 16th from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Tess Faust is a local trainer who specializes in helping teenagers gain self-confidence and resilience.  Her presentation entitled, "The struggle is real… but is it really?” will dive into the comforts of our modern world and the ways and areas society is regressing due to general lack of struggle. And how all this impacts our teenagers.  She’ll present and explain the data collected in recent years comparing where we came from to where we are now, and talk about ways to engage this topic with your kids. Parents will leave with tools to use both in conversation as well as action steps to take with their family.
